Simply search our current list of available properties - all our properties are advertised on www.harcourts.co.nz, so this is the best first step as it will give you a comprehensive list of all the properties currently for sale in the area/s that you are looking to buy in.

The Next Step - Keeping Up to Date

New properties are listed for sale every day, so you really need to keep an eye on the market continuously. This can be rather tedious if you're going to rely on continuously checking the list of available properties.

One option is to speak to a Sales Consultant that is active in the area you are looking to buy in. They will sometimes know of properties that are coming to the market before they are advertised publicly.

Of course, Sales Consultants work independently and no one Sales Consultant will know of all the properties coming to the market - often they also only find out about new properties once they have been listed.
